the upcoming season." NADM endorses products through the association
after careful inspection and positive use by members of that product.

NADM to participate in SEMA's Diesel Discussion Panel
Ron Knoch, owner/partner of NADM will be speaking at SEMA's Diesel
Discussion Panel, October 29, at 2:00 pm in room 265 at the Las Vegas Convention Center. Many industry leaders in diesel motrsports will be giving their 15 minute snapshot of the marketplace and then be open for
Q&A after the last presenting speaker. This is a first for diesel
motorsports and NADM is quite excited to be involved in order to bring
more recognition to diesel. Plan to attend.
First National Race in Bakersfield, CA sponsored by Diesel World Magazine
Mark your calendars February 23, 2008 as the first National Event for NADM in Bakersfield, CA. A full schedule of events will be offered such as diesel drag racing, sled pulling, Dyno competition, Show-n-Shine and
our Vendor Alley! Still in the planning stages but the venue is set and
NADM is looking forward to working with their Official Magazine "Diesel
World" as the supporting sponsor. This will be a first for a National
sanctioned diesel event in CA.
NADM's First Monthly Sled Pulling Series - Yankee Lake, OH
Gene Monhney, owner/partner of NADM announced today that an agreement
had been reached with Yankee Lake Race Facility (www.trucknight.com) to
host a monthly NADM sled pull on Friday nights during the 2008 season.
This is an effort to bring sanctioned sled pulling to a local facility
where they can earn points and a free ride to the NADM's Sled Pulling
finals in the fall of 2008! One Friday night a month will be chosen so
individuals can join the NADM sled pulling members competing for the
finals for 2008 - look for details to come!
NADM will be SEMA bound October 29-November 2!
NADM's Owner/Partners Dave Dunbar and Ron Knoch will be traveling to
SEMA as new members for NADM. Meeting with many sponsors and companies
who are interested in the quest to further unify diesel motorsports and
promote all the sled pulling and drag race teams. Both have long been
past members and regular attendees at SEMA, Ron and Dave have a full
schedule of meetings from 8 in the morning to 10 at night everyday. For
those who have asked for sponsor help during the season this is the time
NADM meets with interested manufacturers who want to be involved with
diesel motorsports. Good luck guys and line us up some big sponsors!
NADM's schedule being analyzed for 2008!
NADM has been flooded with requests for hosting events for 2008 and we
are quite excited as to the results from launching a unified effort to
bring diesel motorsports together. We will be analyzing the requests in
the next month for availability of equipment, funds and geographic
considerations. We also do not want to conflict with other group's
events that are in the area. We have had over 60 requests for events at
this point and we are interested in all that are calling. If you want an
event hosted near you please call for consideration, but hurry once we
have the schedule set in December it will be hard to add after that month.
